April Showers Sober Challenge
What you tend to in April’s showers prepares you for bloom come May’s flowers. Always remember: let what you water be worth the rain.
Rain, Rain… Go away…
But as we grow up, we learn singing the song doesn’t make it stop. The rain still comes. It might keep the kids from playing outside—but it’s often what’s going on inside that needs a rainy day most. This April, we’re embracing the discomfort that leads to revival.
In honor of Alcohol Awareness Month, we invite you to join our April Showers Challenge. Choose something to let go of—alcohol, a toxic habit, or a numbing behavior—and plant something more intentional in its place.
About the Challenge
This is your chance to take a real shot without drinking a single drop. A 30-day sobriety challenge in honor of Alcohol Awareness Month. This April, we’re staying dry—reflecting on alcohol’s role in our lives and making space for revival.
Alcohol is the focus—but if you're already alcohol-free, consider another vice or coping mechanism to release. Maybe it's smoking, doom-scrolling, or overcommitting to things that drain you. Choose something that challenges you to be more present and intentional.
