I’ll be the first to admit that the term “peer to peer” reminds me of anything but fundraising. In fact, it always seemed complicated to me -which made it difficult to encourage the participation of others when I could hardly explain it myself. Thank goodness for Ai, infographics, and my relentless interest in learning the things I don’t know… I’m now fully confident in my ability to break down the process and compel you to give it a shot yourself. We’ll call it a challenge… are you up for it?

Good question! As interested as we are in raising donations for our organization, we’re mostly invested in engaging our community members to give back. The first step is simple: what mission or cause matters to you? Once you’ve defined that, or in the event it happens to be TAH Recovery, explore the p2p options the organization might have available. As far as we go, you can run your own fundraiser via Facebook any time you want!

Even if you’re not big on social media, Givebutter is a platform we use to run P2P campaigns periodically. With their features, you’ll be able to send to friends and family via email, by phone, on social, and more.
