If you’re present at the time of another individual’s overdose, you’re actually protected as a bystander. If you weren’t already aware, I’m not shocked, but don’t take it from me - here’s a look at the actual law:

Wait so, what are you taking? Another huge misconception is that the risk of OD in relation to fentanyl is exclusive to oxycontin, morphine, and percocets. However, hydrocodone, vicodin, among a slew of others are also considered opiates. Let’s take a look at the data and reevaluate before saying this next time:
